One of my favorite things about Christmas time is baking yummy things to eat!! After church today, and a visit from our home teachers, Caleb, Aubrey and I made some yummycookies! While thecookies were baking, the kiddos were making treasure maps on the kitchen floor! Little Luke missed out on our afternoon of baking!
August - {Getting into bed one night} Caleb - "Mom, skeletons aren't scary at 12:00 in the afternoon, but they are at 8:00 at night!"
July - {We just got frosties from Wendy's} Caleb - "I don't know who this Wendy is, but I sure do love her frosties!"
January - Aubrey, "Mom we forgot to say a prayer before school! It's ok though, I always have a prayer in my heart."
November - Lukey, "My p#@!s has a little pocket!" {While wearing his new underpants!}
March 19 - Aubrey, "I don't want to watch a show anymore, you could watch Golden Girls if you want."
March 12 - Aubrey, "I'm hungry for dinner, let's go to a restaurant." {oh, she is definitely her mother's daughter!}
January - Caleb, "Mom, can I marry you when I grow up?"
December 1st - Aubrey, "My boots are the most awesome thing in the world." {We had just got home from getting her new boots} ;)
October 25th - Yummy dinner conversation, Caleb - "That looks like a big piece of poop." {Mike just took the roast out of the crock pot} "And who pooped that? A giant?"
August 18th - Aubrey to Grandma, "Grandma, my bum burped!"
August 7th - Aubrey, "Mom! Tess is fuzzing!". {I'm pretty sure she meant fussing!}
August 1st - Aubrey holding Tess, "I don't want to hold babies that poop."
July - Caleb to Mike, "Are we running out of gas?" Mike, "No, why?" Caleb, "Then why are we going so slow?" ;)
July 2nd - Caleb, "Mom, I want to go back to Ali's dance party." {Her wedding reception!}
June 22nd - Aubrey, "Mom, that thing above my heart hurts." Me, "Your chest?". Aubrey, "Yes, my chest."
April 15th - Aubrey, hearing me come up the stairs to bust she and Caleb for being out of bed, "Oh no, I hear the boss!"
April - My niece Jocelin, "Tiffy, can I look in your mouth so I can see baby Tessa?"
March 9th - Aubrey peeking into the garage from our family room."It's spooky in there!"
Feb.18th - Aubrey"Mom can I watch Sweeping Nudie?"
Feb.12 - Caleb"They are star troopers, not storm troopers! If I want to say light saver I can!" ;)
Feb.12 - Aubrey while checking herself out in my bathroom mirror "I am so beautiful with my earrings!"
